We're looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Advisor to help us strengthen the systems, culture and capability that make great NDIS and Family and Mental Health (FMH) services possible.
As an area of growth for Intereach, you'll be our technical expert in quality and compliance — ensuring we meet and exceed standards while building a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility. You'll:

This is a full-time role that can be based in any of our offices.
The role is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 5, with an annual starting salary of $100,766 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.
About You
We're looking for someone who aligns with our values of partnership, leadership and social justice.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g.Disability, Social Work or interdisciplinary field of practice such as Psychology, Allied Health, Human Services, or Early Childhood)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in NDIS and/or Family and Mental Health sector and quality management experience
* Interpersonal skills
* Advanced skills in documentation, reporting and quality systems
* The ability to influence, collaborate and build trust across diverse stakeholders
* A calm, solutions-focused approach to complex compliance matters
