About the job:
We are looking for our next Strata Community Assistant to join our Brisbane team. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company's key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.
You will be responsible for:
• Assisting the Strata Community Manager with the day-to-day management of the portfolio
• Providing support to our clients, which may be owners, onsite caretakers or committee members
• Document preparation prior and post meetings through an electronic cloud-based platform - agendas and minutes
• High volume client interactions - emails and phone calls
• Distribution of correspondence
• Attending meetings, where required
• Arranging quote requests and work orders for maintenance requests and compliance requirements
• High volume electronic filing of records
• Participation in internal and industry education programs
About you:
You will have the following skills and experience:
• Previously worked in a fast-paced office environment
• High level of computer skills, specifically with the Microsoft suite
• Strong administrative skills
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Motivation to learn and succeed
• Positive attitude and personable
• Prior experience in either the Strata or Property industries would be beneficial, but not essential
