Contracts Administrator

* Support contract administration activities across various projects in accordance with company procedures and contractual obligations.
* Assist in the development, negotiation, and administration of head contracts and subcontractor/vendor agreements.
* Manage payment claims processes, including preparation and tracking for both head contracts and vendors.
* Collaborate with Procurement and Legal teams to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected and compliant with internal standards.
* Support the assessment and approval of contract variations and claims, both to clients and from subcontractors.
* Work with the procurement team to establish and manage term agreements with vendors and suppliers.
* Provide commercial input to project and tender teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project outcomes.
* Identify and resolve potential contractual and commercial issues through critical thinking and proactive problem-solving.

Key Requirements

* Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience within the construction industry, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and contract law.
* Confidence in managing contract negotiations and issuing contractual notices.
* High attention to detail with a strong focus on documentation accuracy and compliance.
