Career Opportunity for Registered Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bethanie Peel Aged Care Home located in Mandurah.
This 50-bed facility is set amidst beautiful landscaped gardens with a dedicated memory support area for residents with dementia or similar conditions.
As a Registered Nurse at this facility, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical support to our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
You will be part of a rewarding journey where you can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
About You
* You must be currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
* Relevant clinical experience in an aged care environment is an advantage but not essential.
* You should be able to work independently and professionally.
* Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems.
* Willingness to uphold our organisation's Mission, Vision and Values.
* Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations (minimum of one Covid vaccination and annual flu vaccination).
* Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one).
