About the Role:
As Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and efficiency of our large-scale manufacturing operations. This includes:
* Leadership & Team Management:Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team of production personnel, technicians, and support staff. Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Operational Excellence: Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve quality. Implementing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
* Robotics & Automation Management: Overseeing the operation and maintenance of advanced robotic systems and automated production lines. Ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
* Production Planning & Execution: Developing and executing production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective action as needed.
* Safety & Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
* Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining robust quality control systems to ensure product quality and meet customer specifications.
* Budget Management: Managing the production budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with other departments, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
* Extensive experience (10+ years) in a manufacturing management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Proven experience leading and managing large teams
* Strong understanding of robotic systems, automation, and lean manufacturing principles.
* Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve production targets.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Experience with [mention specific technologies or systems, e.g., PLC programming, robotics software, ERP systems, etc.] is a plus.
