So, what does this role actually look like? You're the person who ensures our product is exactly where it needs to be, exactly when it needs to be there. You'll lead a team of Merchandise Allocators, own global stock flow, and work closely with some of the sharpest minds in the business to keep Lovisa's shelves looking flawless across the globe. You will be deep in the data, driving strategy, solving problems and shaping how we allocate stock across one of the fastest-growing retail brands in the world. You'll be someone who Analyses data with confidence and uses it to make smart, strategic decisions Has a sharp eye for detail but never loses sight of the big picture Knows how to lead, inspire and grow a team Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts without missing a beat Has experience in allocations, merchandise planning or inventory management Is confident in Excel and comfortable learning new systems What you'll own: Global stock control and allocations across 50 markets Weekly replenishment sign-off and inter-store transfer management Floorplan and sale area changes across our global store network Stock-to-sales analysis and reporting that drives real decisions Planogram accuracy and system pricing in Futura The growth and development of your Allocations team What you'll get in return We take care of our people.
