Are you a creative, analytical, and self-motivated digital marketing expert with a passion for e-commerce? We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute an e-commerce growth strategy for MetroMap, focusing on increasing online sales and subscriptions.
2. Optimise pricing, subscription structuring, and positioning of MetroMap’s offerings in the online marketplace.
3. Enhance and manage the MetroMap online store, including product listings, UI/UX improvements, and checkout experience.
4. Leverage SEO, paid advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
5. Utilise data analytics and A/B testing to improve customer journeys and e-commerce conversion rates.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan & implement landing pages, content strategy, and lead generation campaigns.
7. Manage e-commerce integrations with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Salesforce/Pardot), and analytics tools.
8. Provide insights on customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks to refine strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in e-commerce growth, digital sales, or online marketplace management.
2. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing automation.
3. Proficiency in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
4. Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce), and subscription-based sales models.
5. Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar to collaborate on website and landing page improvements.
6. Familiarity with heatmaps, session recording, and behavioural analytics tools such as Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity to assess user interactions and enhance conversion strategies.
7. Experience in marketing “Data as a Service (DaaS)” or “Software as a Service (SaaS)” solutions is highly desirable.
