Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve meeting and greeting customers, ensuring they have a positive experience within the branch, and providing support to the manager and the running of daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to resolve issues and create solutions for customers, and have a current driver's license. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong time management and prioritization skills.
