Due to our continued growth Trans North Bus & Coach is currently recruiting for a combined role of Bus Drive/Admin person for our Innisfail Depot.
The role of the Bus Driver/Admin person is to help lead the safe, efficient and productive day-to-day operation of the business in the Innisfail area. This is achieved through ensuring excellence in service delivery, building strong customer relations and having effective oversight of staff and the business operation.
The role is also responsible for promoting the Trans North brand and the day to day running of the admin functions of the office.
The incumbent directs and coordinates activities relating to staff management, bus operations & logistics, to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities and personnel, either by performing functions personally and/or through subordinate personnel. This role also takes the lead in developing the business in the region through productive customer relations and stakeholder management.
The role requires the incumbent to work in close contact with the Operations Manager and General Manager and liaise on a day to day basis with the staff generally. A close working relationship with other management and administrative personnel is also required.

To become a valued member of our team, you will need:
* A current minimum MR or HR Licence (or willing to obtain)
* A Drivers Authorisation (or willing to obtain)
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Some Admin experience in an office enviornment
* Ability to work split day from approx 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday during school terms.
* Excellent communication skills (English language both oral and written)
* Excellent driving history
