Photocopier Technician – C&G Office Choice (Mildura)

C&G Office Choice is a locally owned and trusted supplier of office technology, print solutions, and business services across the Sunraysia and Riverland regions. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Photocopier Technician to join our team in Mildura.
About the Role
As a Photocopier Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining multifunction devices (MFDs), photocopiers, and associated office technology. You'll work both onsite and in the workshop, ensuring equipment performs efficiently and customers receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Install, service, and repair photocopiers and multifunction devices
* Diagnose hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
* Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
* Carry out basic electronic and technical repairs on related office equipment
* Assist with device deliveries, installations, and site setups
* Provide exceptional technical support to customers
* Configure print, scan, and network functions on devices
* Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
* Work collaboratively with sales and admin teams to support customer needs
About You
We're looking for someone who is technically minded, customer focused, and eager to learn.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
* Previous experience servicing photocopiers, printers, or office equipment (preferred but not essential)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
* Basic IT knowledge, including networking, print drivers, and connectivity
* General electronics or technical repair experience (advantageous)
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Physically able to assist with deliveries and equipment handling
* Valid driver's licence
Mandatory Requirements
* Ability to pass a National Police Check
* Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
