Director of Sales & Marketing – Hotel Mid Tier Group (WA)
Perth-based | Multi-Property Portfolio | Senior Leadership Role
Four-plus full-service, high-performing, brand-name mid-tier properties with high occupancy at yield.
Reports directly to the Group General Manager, with a dotted line internationally.
Lead sales & marketing across a WA multi-property portfolio, from 70 keys to 155 keys (˜450 rooms).
Based at the Perth flagship brand-name property and oversee regional WA assets.
Build, lead and mentor a small, effective DOSM team.
Strong focus on:
Corporate & negotiated business
MICE & group segments
Leisure & domestic travel
Inbound tourism (Asia-Pacific)
Experience with China, India and Japan markets is highly regarded.
Comfortable representing the group at domestic & international trade shows.
Commercial, hands-on leadership role with real influence.
Growth pathway within a values-driven hotel group, including future expansive cluster exposure.
Senior hospitality sales professional ready to step into next leadership role; confidential discussion encouraged.
