About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our broking team and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. You'll assist with administrative tasks across a diverse portfolio of SME and Commercial accounts and collaborate with colleagues across our Queensland office.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing documentation including invoices, proposal forms, and policy declarations
* Support the renewal and new business process by gathering information and comparing terms
* Help manage policy documentation, endorsements, and variation requests
* Maintain accurate records and assist with credit control tasks
* Contribute to special projects and team initiat
ives
