Responsibilities
* Lead and coach crew members to provide excellent guest service and value for money.
* Direct, train and support staff to prepare and serve food.
* Create a positive and feel‐good customer experience in every interaction.
* Maintain store cleanliness and continuous improvement of business operations.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in a hospitality team.
* Strong ability to delegate tasks and handle guest complaints empathetically.
* Understanding of the hospitality industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Results‐driven, reliable and passionate about food and team performance in a fast‐paced environment.
