About the Role
We're recruiting for customer service Home Claims Consultantsto join a leading insurance provider.
You'll guide customers through the full lifecycle of their home insurance claim, providing empathetic support, clear information and timely updates. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping people and working in a structured environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage day-to-day customer enquiries and lodge new home claims
* Provide clear guidance and next steps to customers throughout their claim
* Process and assess claims in line with procedures and policy guidelines
* Maintain accurate claim records and update reserves as required
* Communicate with repairers, service providers and internal stakeholders
* Identify potential fraud and escalate appropriately
* Resolve customer issues or complaints within required timeframes
* Meet agreed KPIs, quality measures and productivity targets
What We're Looking For
* Strong claims experience. We need a minimum of 6 months insurance experience
* Confident communicator with great listening skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced, KPI-focused environments
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
* Computer-literate and comfortable navigating multiple systems
