Base salary range $119,028 - $125,794; Total Package: $143,636 - $152,931 (p.a.)* Up to $7,000 for relocation, as well as scholarship and bursary grants available 6 weeks annual leave, salary packaging & remote benefits Why Central Australia Aboriginal Congress? Congress is a comprehensive Aboriginal community-controlled health service, providing primary health care services to Aboriginal Australian persons in Alice Springs and various remote communities in Central Australia. Model a high standard of community-centred, culturally-responsive, high-quality podiatric assessment and intervention for Congress clients Provide oversight, supervision and support to other health professionals relating to podiatric care, including capacity building of relevant stakeholders Create opportunities to develop podiatry service delivery within an Aboriginal community controlled comprehensive primary health care setting by leading quality improvement activities Is this the right role for you? Tertiary qualifications in Podiatry Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality podiatric assessment and intervention for clients within the context of primary health care in a professional, confidential and culturally safe manner Knowledge and experience in planning, implementing and evaluating high risk foot programs using the principles of primary health care and Community-Control Understanding or knowledge of the wider allied health workforce Understanding of the complexities of service delivery to remote Aboriginal communities Current NT driver’s licence or ability to obtain.
