Early Childhood Teacher
We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our kindergarten team in a part-time, ongoing role. If you're committed to creating high-quality learning environments and leading a team of educators, this could be the opportunity for you.
Your Responsibilities
* Design and deliver play-based programs that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
* Lead and mentor a team of educators, ensuring programs align with the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and ensure compliance with OH&S and child safety standards.
Requirements
* A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor or equivalent).
* A valid VIT registration for Early Childhood Teachers.
* Knowledge of the National Education and Care Services Act and Regulations 2011 and the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and ECEC National Quality Framework and Standards.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to different teams and settings.
