About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of our culinary team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across our dining outlets. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain standards, innovate menus, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all food sanitation and safety requirements.
* Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared.
* Assist with menu development alongside the Executive Chef.
* Train, guide, and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen best practices.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Certificate or diploma in culinary arts is advantageous.
