Dynamic Marketing Coordinator Role

The position of Dynamic Marketing Coordinator requires a highly organised and creative professional to support marketing, client engagement, and sales administration activities.


About the Position

* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to build brand presence
* Manage HubSpot CRM data to track client interactions and lead follow-ups
* Coordinate events including internal and external company gatherings, client lunches/dinners, and industry networking functions
* Produce engaging content for both internal and external audiences such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates


Key Responsibilities

* Marketing & Communications:
• Develop and implement company communications including newsletters and blog content
• Manage and update the company website with fresh content photos and news
• Oversee social media scheduling focusing on LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram
• Maintain and protect the company's brand image across all platforms
* CRM & Sales Support:
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot CRM
• Conduct client mapping for existing and target clients
• Support sales process mapping and lead follow-up tracking
* Event Coordination:
• Coordinate internal and external company events including client lunches/dinners and industry networking functions
• Manage the events calendar covering social internal and external activities
* Market & Competitor Research:
• Monitor industry leaders and competitors to identify best practices for social media and marketing strategies
• Research and track industry events sponsorship opportunities and awards


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in marketing communications administration or a related field
* Experience in digital communications including CRM social media websites and EDM platforms
* Proven experience in producing marketing materials and coordinating events
* Experience with HubSpot CRM
* Ability to support other members of the leadership team as required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Reliable adaptable and a collaborative team player
