Based in Perth or Brisbane, you'll be entrusted to lead, motivate, and grow operations nationwide, inspiring a diverse team and delivering on ambitious growth plans.
The Role Inspire people and build capability - recruit, coach, and empower leaders across Australia, creating a high-performing, united team.
Provide vision and direction - take full P&L; accountability and set the course for growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Expand markets and opportunity - strengthen the sales function, expand fabrication/manufacturing, and drive growth across commercial, marine, OEM, and data centre sectors.
Lead integration and transformation - align systems, processes, and culture to bring acquired businesses together.
Shape the future of the business - play a critical role in future acquisitions and national expansion.
Contribute globally - represent the Australian business as a member of the Global Leadership Team, influencing decisions and sharing insights across regions.
About You We're seeking more than a manager, we want a leader who inspires confidence, motivates people, and thrives in growth environments.
You'll bring: 10+ years' senior leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries with multi-site P&L; accountability.
A track record of building teams, lifting capability, and leading through change.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in market expansion.
Experience in fabrication/manufacturing growth highly regarded.
A leadership style that is authentic, people-focused, and inspiring.
