Wills and Estates Lawyer About the Role:

In this role, you will manage a broad range of wills and estates matters from initial client consultation through to final resolution. You will work with a supportive and experienced team while also playing a key role in supervising junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising clients on estate planning, wills, and succession strategies
* Managing estate administration matters from start to finish
* Handling complex and contested estate matters with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
* Providing strategic legal advice to clients and guiding them through sensitive matters
* Supervising, mentoring, and delegating work to junior team members
* Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently while maintaining excellent client service standards
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in Wills and Estates
* Strong experience in estate planning and estate administration
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex and contested estate matters concurrently
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
* Experience supervising, delegating, and mentoring junior staff
* Strong communication and client relationship management skills
