Regional Site Management Position
This role is fundamental to the safe and efficient delivery of regional construction projects.
About the Role
You will be responsible for day-to-day onsite coordination, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent communication with project teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate daily site activities and workforce
* Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met
* Manage subcontractors, equipment, and materials
* Support project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
* Provide leadership to crews and maintain a positive site culture
* Identify risks and contribute to practical solutions
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction
* A strong understanding of civil construction methodologies
* The ability to lead teams and communicate effectively
* A commitment to safety and quality delivery
* Experience across roads, utilities, drainage, or infrastructure projects (desired)
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
