**The Opportunity**:
Our nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation is looking for an observant and organised training coordinator to evaluate the skills of employees and support our planned delivery of courses in various locations across the Perth region. The training coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that new employees receive onboarding training to ensure ongoing compliance is maintained.
To be successful as a training coordinator you must have excellent planning skills, administration and communication skills. A good training coordinator can gauge where assistance and planning is needed, highlight the issue, suggest a solution and work a project to achieve the outcome.
**Key responsibilities of this position include**:
- Evaluate business performance is managed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordination of delivery of short ad full qualification accredited courses across multiple sites
- Create training plans, delivery schedules and prepare delivery support items, such as room and transport bookings.
- Conduct ongoing continuous improvement analysis of business activity to judge how programs are meeting the needs of our internal and external client group.
- Prepare onboarding training for new employees.
- Support professional development across the business relating to our education and training activity.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
**To be considered for this position you will possess**:
- Formal Business and project management qualifications (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to convey complex information in an understandable way.
- Ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.
- Ability to support organisational goals through delivery of work.
- Knowledge of training packages and funding contracts in WA (desirable)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
