World Blinds manufactures and wholesales a wide range of window furnishing products.
We are looking for a full-time Electronics Engineer to join our team in Yagoona.
Key responsibilities:
* Design and develop electronic control systems for motorised blinds and automated machinery
* Develop embedded software and firmware for features such as remote control, scheduling, and smart home integration (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, apps)
* Create and maintain testing procedures for electronic boards, sensors, motors, and automation systems
* Assist with installation and commissioning of electronic systems to ensure correct operation
* Ensure electronic systems meet performance, safety, and electrical standards
* Work with design, manufacturing, and supply teams on new features and upgrades
* Analyse system performance and improve reliability, energy efficiency, and user experience
* Ensure compliance with ISO, CE, and safety standards
Requirements:
* A relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in place of formal qualifications
