Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Sydney, NSW. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and representing MAMO's premium architectural surface solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, generating client leads, making product presentations, and managing client accounts. The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, designers, and developers to provide tailored specification solutions that align with their project goals.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
* Proficiency in Networking, Negotiation, and Building Industry Partnerships
* Understanding of Architectural Design, Material Selection, and Surface Specification
* Strong Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving Skills
* Experience in Commercial and Residential Construction Industries
* Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales plans
* Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
* Familiarity with architectural materials like natural stone, quartzites, sintered stone, and terrazzo is advantageous
