Key Responsibilities
Assist with travel arrangements, diary management, and meeting coordination for the CEO.
Provide general admin support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Help with day-to-day office operations and ensure the workspace runs smoothly.
Support the wider team as needed with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Key Skills
Solid organisation and time management.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer use.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required – recent graduates welcome.
Certificate in Business (or similar) a bonus but not essential.
