About The Role
* Intentionally exploring each clinician's goals, struggles, wins, and concerns to provide support and accountability, resulting in high job satisfaction and efficiency.
* Utilizing key data to track achievements and support needs of the clinical team, incorporating this into regular 1:1 meetings.
* Coordinating individual and group supervision programs to enhance skill development and best practice standards.
* Sustaining clinician wellbeing and cultivating a positive, values-driven team culture that promotes collaboration and growth.
* Ensuring compliance with best practice standards and ethical guidelines in clinical work across the organization.
The Clinical Team Leader will be responsible for:
* Facilitating engaging professional development activities for the team in their areas of expertise.
* Motivating and supporting colleagues through opportunities for social connection, recognition, and open communication.
* Managing a small caseload of clients in their specific area of interest (approximately 20-40% of their time).
* Providing external individual and group supervision/consultation services.
* Overseeing non-client facing activities and projects, including marketing initiatives, clinical resources, and more.
