Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Nurse to provide exceptional in-home patient care with a holistic approach.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, conducting clinical and personal care duties that cater to the assessed needs of our clients.
* Develop comprehensive care plans aligned with client needs, utilizing creativity and sensitivity.
* Maintain accurate records of chronic and palliative conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
* Assess wounds and perform dressing changes according to established care plans.
* Support clients in using continent devices, changing IDC and SPC as needed.
* Provide a range of personal care services, including showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, and denture care.
* Offer social, emotional, and spiritual support to promote overall well-being.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An unrestricted registration with AHPRA, with at least 2 years of experience practicing as a Registered Nurse.
* Aged Care and Community Home Care experience is highly desirable.
* A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
* The right to work in Australia.
* A current driver's license, vehicle registration, and comprehensive car insurance.
* A current NDIS check.
