Job Description
Requirements :
* Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
* High School diploma or GED
* Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within six months with reimbursement)
* Valid driver's license
* Customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.)
* High-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace at home
Location : Work from Home – Ohio residents | Initial training in Saginaw, Michigan
Responsibilities :
* Assist field service techs via phone, chat, email
* Provide expertise in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems
* Support ongoing training and access to technical data
