Job Description
As a key member of the Early Years Place (EYP) team, you will work collaboratively to support families and children with diverse needs in this full-time position.
* You will build family capacity using partnership approaches that are client-centred, outcome-based and strengths-focused.
* You will identify where additional assistance is required, providing appropriate information, support and referrals for families as needed.
