Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines front desk / reception duties with property operations and basic maintenance coordination.
The role is currently offered on a weekday, part-time basis (starting from 2 days per week).
You will be the primary point of contact for residents, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring that properties are well maintained, compliant, and operating smoothly.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Act as the front-of-house receptionist for onsite enquiries, including meeting and greeting residents and guests, answering calls and emails, and handling enquiries professionally
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaise with trades and contractors, and assist with basic handyperson tasks where appropriate
* Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring the site is clean, safe, and compliant
* Assist with move-ins and move-outs, site inspections, and condition reporting
* Use property management systems (REI Master and SiteMinder) for daily operations, bookings, and record keeping
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance works, incidents, and contractor visits
* Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication with tenants and owners
* Support Body Corporate / Owners Corporation requests relating to building operations
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in property management, onsite building management, or a similar role (essential)
* Strong front desk and customer service experience, including reception duties
* Practical, reliable, and comfortable assisting with basic maintenance / handy tasks and contractor coordination
* Proficiency in REI Master and SiteMinder property systems (essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
* Professional attitude and presentation
