Sandstone Therapy Centre Inc – Alice Springs NT
This is an exciting opportunity to lead Sandstone Therapy Centre as the Chief Executive Officer. Sandstone Therapy Centre is an alcohol and other drugs counselling service. As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operations, and management of the organisation. This is a full-time role based in Alice Springs, NT.
What you'll be doing
* Drive the strategic vision and long-term growth of Sandstone Therapy Centre
* Oversee all day-to-day operations and ensure the effective delivery of services
* Manage and lead the team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
* Represent the organisation externally and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Ensure the organisation remains financially sustainable
* Monitor and report on the organisation\'s performance
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
What we\'re looking for
* CEO or senior executive experience must be specifically within not-for-profit organisations or community services
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a CEO or senior executive is required
* A minimum diploma level in business or management qualification is required
* Sound knowledge of organisational governance
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
* Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, with the ability to drive organisational growth
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and ensuring financial sustainability
