Job Title: Senior Team Coordinator


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Team Coordinator to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our restaurant, supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing daily activities, and ensuring seamless service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead teams to achieve business objectives by optimising profit, maintaining high standards, and improving customer experience.
* Support the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer relations.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
* Maintain a positive culture, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.


Requirements:

* Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a senior role.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on profit growth and cost control.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
