The Role
1. Ensure WHS processes are carried out effectively
2. Coordinate and manage safety related tasks
3. Provide support and advice to site teams
4. Ensure safety documentation is up to date
5. Conduct pre-start meetings, inductions, and site walks
6. Identify and assess risks, ensuring regulations are met
7. Carry out health and safety audits and workplace inspections
8. Train staff
Your requirements
1. Minimum Cert IV in WHS
2. 5+ years of HSE experience within commercial construction
3. Previous experience working on high-rise construction projects valued at $100M+
4. Experience working for a head contractor is essential
5. Experience in Tier 1 projects is a bonus
6. Ability to develop and maintain relationships
7. Good understanding of current legislation, regulations & building codes
8. Articulate, well-presented, and a clear communicator
