ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience in a dynamic and high energy sales environment.
* Proven experience in customer relationship management and retention.
* Demonstrated experience in proactive outbound activity
* Experience working within a high-paced customer-centric team that is results driven – essential
* Exceptional computer skills as well as experience with Microsoft programs.
* Attention to detail and accuracy with excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills.
* Experience in task and workload management (i.e.: proven ability to manage priorities).
* A minimum of two (2) years' experience in the industry (or similar) – desirable (Not essential)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your duties will include:
* Proactively handle incoming rental requests in line with the proven Proquip sales processes.
* Complete quotations swiftly, follow up leads and opportunities rigorously, and meet daily sales targets for confirmed and qualified bookings.
* Engage in proactive outbound calls to new and existing prospects to create further opportunities to transact and build relationships
* Conduct forensic follow ups for every quote, uncover additional needs, and move prospects and opportunities down the sales pipeline efficiently.
* Make decisions to optimize equipment usage and drive revenue through efficient branch sharing and smart asset allocation.
* Stay proactively connected to key clients and ensure satisfaction to encourage repeat hires and referrals.
* Assist with transport/logistics solutions for customers in an efficient and responsive manner to meet and exceed customer expectations.
* Participate in sales/skills/product training with a view to enhance knowledge and expertise.
* Engage in proactive marketing activities including email and social media activity.
* Share market insights and customer feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to offerings to grow revenue and strengthen relationships.
