**The Opportunity**: A 12-month fixed term role offers an opportunity to work as a Reporting Analyst within the Operations team, supporting Coles to achieve their sustainability targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
* Establish data collection processes to ensure accurate record keeping across multiple business units in alignment with protocols.
* Update and maintain the asset register.
* Administer reports of emissions collection to appropriate key stakeholders.
* Assist with new processes to automate data collection.
* Communicate with the field workforce to gather supporting information.
* Participate actively in tasks allocated related to future development of the FM operational team.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
* Tertiary training in accounting, engineering or similar.
* Excel and Office Suite Competency - Intermediate to Advanced.
* Proven organisational, planning and time management skills.
* Proven verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
