The Role
This role is responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to the Commercial and Projects Team, and includes duties such as:
* Admin support to a high-performance commercial sales & leasing team
* Assist in the production and collation of marketing materials, social media content, media releases, reports, and submissions
* Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, purchasers, landlords & tenants to ensure post-sales and leasing deadlines are met
* Attending internal sales meetings
* Conducting research and data
* Collaborating with the commercial property management team
The Criteria
* Previous experience within the property industry is essential, and candidates from residential sales administration are encouraged to apply
* High attention to detail
* Familiarity with Canva and Adobe would be advantageous
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work with urgency
