About the Role
As a Treatment and Patient Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their journey toward their dream smile. Your ability to connect with people, provide tailored solutions, and support patients throughout their treatment will have a meaningful impact. You also play a key role in fostering trust and ensuring patients feel informed, valued, and confident in their decisions.
What We're Looking For
* Dental Treatment Coordinator Experience – Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
* Sales Experience – If you don't have dental experience, a strong background in sales (5+ years) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Exceptional Communication – Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments in a clear and relatable manner.
* Customer‐Centric Approach – Warm, empathetic, and focused on providing an exceptional patient experience.
* Organizational Skills – Able to manage appointments, follow‐ups, and treatment plans with precision and efficiency.
* Team Player – Thrive in a collaborative environment and eager to contribute to the success of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
* Patient Consultations – Guide patients through their treatment options with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
* Treatment Planning – Coordinate and communicate treatment plans, ensuring patients feel informed and supported.
* Sales and Conversions – Utilise your sales expertise to help patients confidently choose the best solutions for their needs.
* Scheduling and Follow‐Ups – Manage appointments and ensure seamless patient experiences from start to finish.
* Support Team Excellence – Work closely with clinicians and administrative staff to maintain our high standard of care.
