Digital Performance Executive

About the Role:
This is an entry-level position based out of our Perth office and reporting into the Digital Performance Manager. This full-time role will help deliver quality advertising campaigns across key performance channels including Meta, Google Ads & SEO.
* Assist with setting up reporting and optimisation of paid performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
* Set up and implement end-to-end campaign tracking including (but not limited to) UTM and conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
* Day-to-day management and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns.
* Monthly reporting on campaign performance by analysing data interpreting metrics and providing insights and recommendations.
About You:
A team player with the ability to self-organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Experience with social media advertising on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
* Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
* Experience with organic social media would be ideal but not essential.
