About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will enable clients with disabilities to build skills, confidence, and independence through engaging activities and in-home support.
* Cooking, music, crafts, leisure sports, and community outings enhance daily living experiences.
* Support clients with daily living and medical needs where required, promoting healthy lifestyles.
* Encourage independence and skill-building through various activities tailored to individual goals.
* Provide in-home and community-based support, fostering personal growth and development.
Benefits include competitive pay rates from $35,000-$55,000 (base rate) or $40,000-$65,000 (casual rate), flexible rostered hours, Fitness Passport access, training opportunities, and annual flu vaccination.
