Mid-Senior Veterinary Nurse Position
At our veterinary practice, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Veterinary Nurse to join our nursing team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers the chance to work in a well-supported setting alongside experienced vets and nurses.
The role will involve collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure high standards of patient care, undertaking general nursing tasks including pre- and post-operative care, animal pathology, and emergency and critical care, performing minor procedures when required, and maintaining overall hygiene of the practice.
We are looking for a qualified Veterinary Nurse with at least 2+ years of clinical experience, strong surgical experience, and the ability to monitor anaesthetics competently. You will be calm, mature, empathetic, and have strong communication and customer-service skills. Experience guiding and mentoring nurse team members is also advantageous.
As part of our team, you will be encouraged and supported to take initiative to enhance clinic operations and efficiency. You will also handle client enquiries professionally and work well autonomously and within a team environment.
Key qualifications and skills:
* Qualified Veterinary Nurse with at least 2+ years of clinical experience
