What you will do as the Director, Technology Architecture & Design
* Oversee how infrastructure, applications, data and business systems fit together, ensuring designs are purposeful, consistent and aligned with the Consumer Data Right's strategic direction.
* Lead a highly skilled team by providing direction, mentoring and fostering strong technical capability and collaboration across the team.
* Establish clear pathways for future platforms and environments, while building effective relationships with vendors and managing associated contracts and licensing.
* Drive disciplined processes for design decisions, identify and manage technical risks, and prepare clear reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
About you
In order to succeed in the role, you will have:
* Substantial knowledge and demonstrated experience in technology architecture and design.
* Experience leading a technology architecture team or a similar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centred organisation.
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in an evolving policy environment.
* Knowledge or ability to acquire an understanding of the ACCC's role and functions in relation to the Consumer Data Right.
