The Opportunity A well-established commercial plumbing contractor with a long-standing presence in the Perth market is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support continued growth across a strong pipeline of work. The business delivers projects across commercial construction, multi-storey residential, shopping centres, and large-format warehouse developments. This role offers genuine autonomy, strong leadership support, and long-term stability, with a remuneration package aligned to the top end of the Perth market. About the Role You will manage multiple commercial plumbing and hydraulic services projects, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and head contractors. Importantly, this role is structured to let you focus on project delivery and commercial outcomes, with dedicated administrative support in place to handle documentation, subcontractor compliance, and project paperwork. You'll also have direct access to hands-on senior leadership who are actively involved and available to support decision-making, resourcing, and problem-solving as required. Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of commercial plumbing projects Programming and sequencing works in live operational environments Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams Cost control, variations, and commercial performance management Client, consultant, and head contractor liaison Oversight of WHS, quality, and compliance requirements Clear reporting on project progress, risks, and forecasts About You You're a capable, organised Project Manager who enjoys ownership and accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy. You'll likely bring: Proven experience managing commercial construction or building services projects Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Solid commercial acumen and cost-control capability The ability to manage multiple projects in a structured, calm manner A practical, solutions-focused mindset Experience in plumbing, hydraulic services, or building services is highly regarded but not essential.
