We're looking for a Marketing and Design Officer to help bring our mission to life through impactful design, compelling content, and strategic communications.
This is a part-time role - FTE 0.8 / 4 days a week.
Champion the StandBy brand across digital and printed materials, ensuring consistent and high-quality application nationwide.
Design engaging social media content, videos, and digital assets that inform, educate, and inspire.
Collaborate with the Brand and Communications Lead to develop and implement national marketing strategies and campaigns .
Oversee coordination for the EPM printing website portal for the national program, including planning, coordination, implementation, troubleshooting, checking and administration for all StandBy partner agencies and staff nationally.
Create and manage templates and resources for internal teams and partner agencies across the country.
Maintain and update the StandBy website (WordPress), ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and visually appealing.
Plan and schedule social media content across platforms using Hootsuite (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Monitor analytics to measure impact, adapt strategies, and grow our online presence.
Work with StandBy teams to assist with all design marketing elements and collateral ensuring that they meet brand guidelines.
Key Selection Criteria (please address this in your cover letter ):
A degree or relevant qualification in marketing, design, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with strong skills in graphic design and content creation .
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and video editing tools.
Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editorial skills with a sharp eye for detail.
The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with social media strategy, analytics, and emerging digital trends.
A collaborative and flexible mindset – someone who thrives in a purpose-led, supportive team.
