About The Role
We're on the lookout for a motivated Property Manager to join our high-performing Ivanhoe team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-supported portfolio, with the added benefit of an upcoming portfolio being introduced across both the Bayside and Ivanhoe areas. The portfolio will comprise approximately 110 properties in Bayside and around 80 properties closer to Ivanhoe, offering variety and strong growth potential. Working alongside an experienced team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio end‐to‐end, with support from leasing and administration.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Managing a residential portfolio end‐to‐end
* Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Conducting routine inspections and managing compliance
* Handling VCAT matters when required
* Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
What you'll bring
* Previous Property Management experience
* Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent's Licence
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A people‐first approach and excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage time effectively in a fast‐paced environment
