We are currently seeking a Boning Room Senior Supervisor at our Linley Valley Pork site in Wundowie. The Boning Room Senior Supervisor will be responsible for the control, oversight, and resolution of the Boning Room Second Shift (PM) ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key responsibilities:
* Providing strong leadership to the team by setting high performance standards
* Providing daily and weekly reports to the Operational and Functional managers
* Optimising performance and processes on the production lines to ensure compliance with the production plan
* Developing the technical capability of team members and ensuring the delivery of best practice operational standards
* Understanding and ensuring staff comply with all policies and procedures
* Monitoring employee performance and coordinating leave applications
* Working with other team members and other departments to constantly seek and implement improvements to improve efficiency
* Consistently demonstrating behaviours which are aligned with the company's Code of Conduct
* Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Implement corrective action where processes do not conform to standards or limits prescribed in the Company's Approved Arrangement
About you:
* Qualification in meat processing (boning room) or butchering
* Sound technical knowledge of meat processing preferably pork
* Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities
* Intermediate computer literacy
* Excellent verbal & written communication
* Strong people management skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor your team to consistently meet production targets
* Strong work ethic with the capability to multitask
* Demonstrated commitment to improve and manage WHS, quality, and environmental aspects
* Training & Assessment (TAE) Certification (desirable)
* HACCP Training
* Lean Manufacturing principles
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
