The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's performance, culture, and customer experience. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and developing your team to consistently deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading, coaching, and developing a large team in a high‐volume retail environment
* Driving sales performance and exceeding KPIs across all metrics
* Managing day‐to‐day store operations, including rostering, stock control, and visual standards
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand values
* Analysing store performance and implementing strategies to maximise profitability
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, WHS, and operational procedures
* Recruiting, training, and retaining top retail talent
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up) in a high‐turnover, fast‐paced retail environment
* A strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in driving sales and KPIs
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills
* The ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time‐management skills
* Passion for premium, in‐demand products and delivering outstanding customer service
