We are seeking a graduate, within the Albion Park/Shellharbour area and surrounds, to work in Aggregates, which is the quarrying business at Holcim. We have a number of quarries, and may be somewhat flexible with this location.
Commencing in July 2026, our 12 month program will be aligned to the above business unit. However within that business, you will work across various sites and teams. You will experience different places, people and functions in real jobs working on real projects.

About You:
Our program is Open to those who are currently in their final semester, or those who have recently completed their Bachelor's degree. You may have studied in areas including:
* Engineering (Civil, Mining, Structural, Mechanical)
* Engineering/Science
* Engineering/Business
* Project Management
* Geotechnical
* Business/Commerce
This is the ideal opportunity for the adventurous - you may be required to live and work in regional and/or interstate locations, for extended periods. You will get practical, unfiltered exposure to all facets of our business, which are the foundations on which to build a well rounded career. You must be the kind of person who enjoys donning PPE, wearing work boots, and learning from our amazing team 'on the ground'.
You'll need to:
* Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
* Be able to commence full time employment in July 2026
* Take part in pre employment checks, including a medical and criminal history check
