We're seeking on behalf of our client, a confident and commercially driven Store Leader to take full ownership of a busy lighting retail store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, drive sales performance, and build a strong, engaged team.

What you'll be responsible for
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
* Driving sales, KPI performance and commercial outcomes
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences for retail and trade customers
* Overseeing day-to-day store operations including rostering, stock, merchandising and store presentation
* Using sales data and reporting to identify opportunities and improve performance
* Maintaining strong visual standards, safety and compliance at all times
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager in retail
* A sales-driven mindset with the ability to coach teams to results
* Strong operational skills and attention to detail
* Confident leadership style with a hands-on approach
* Experience in homewares, furniture, lighting or big-box retail highly regarded
