We seek a casual educator to support children at our OSHC services at Burke Ward Public School in Broken Hill
Our Out-of-School-Hours Educators are inspiring and influential figures shaping the next generation of young people. Acting as both teachers and role models, they provide engaging activities through our Before School, After School, and Vacation Care services for children from over 50 NSW schools. As part of our OSHC team, you'll ensure the safety and wellbeing of young minds, support our Coordinators, and foster a nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive.

About your new role
Provide fun and engaging activities for primary school-aged children.
Assist in designing a calendar of inclusive and exciting program activities.
Report to the Coordinators of our OSHC centres and support children across NSW.
Follow development pathways to learn new skills and advance your career.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience supervising and engaging with children.
Ability to adhere to safeguarding priorities.
Availability to supervise during Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours.
Current First Aid HLTAID012 and CPR certifications.
Valid Working with Children Check.
Police Check (paid for by the Y).
