THE POSITION
* Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
* Food preparation
* Customer service and using point of sale
* Always uphold the fantastic customer focus, responding to feedback positively and proactively
* Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording
THE PERSON
* Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
* 1-2 years of experience in comparable environment
* Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
* Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
* Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
